Brooklyn began her real estate career knowing she wanted to do rural property sales, and there weren't many agents locally who specialize in the more remote and complex properties, so she's put the miles in and boots on the ground to cover a lot of territory helping clients with sales of large ranches, off-grid homesteads, undeveloped land, licensed cannabis properties, and timber producing lands; in addition to in-town residential and commercial properties.

Brooklyn dove into cannabis at a time when permitting and regulations were new, so the smart decision was to learn the process in multiple counties. She now has a well chosen team of lenders, consultants, attorneys, biologists, and CPA's to help large scale cannabis transactions transfer smoothly. The level of attention, experience, and ability to navigate the complexities of the cannabis world, and her hard work have set Brooklyn apart in this market.

In an effort to fill a gap with a problem Brooklyn often encountered on some properties she'd visit, Brooklyn started Copperhead Consulting offering services to address environmental and code violations, as well as the fines levied on properties. From negotiating with the County for reductions in penalties and plans to rehab a property - to the dirty work of removing trash and illegal structures - Brooklyn's team does what it takes to get a property restored, cleared of violations and fines, and marketable or enjoyable again.

Brooklyn is also a professional photographer, wine maker, horse trainer, and has a great love for ranching, and enjoying river days. She now resides mostly in Trinity County on her ranch, but also lives in Arcata where her son is in High School.
